Love it or hate it, the OnePlus 6 is here with the notch design and it's now official. Comparing to its predecessors last year, this new OnePlus device sure looks sleek and different thanks to the Corning Gorilla 5 glass material wrapping the body. But does it retain the 'flagship killer' title? Let's what the new flagship got under its sleeve.

True enough to the rumours, the flagship does come with either a 6GB or 8GB of RAM accompanying the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, making it one of the Android powerhouses of this year. Moreover, there are three internal storage variants of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. OnePlus also didn't go gaga on the colours unlike other brands, as they decided to go simple with just two simple colour options but three variants - a Mirror Black (with reflective glass back), a matte Midnight Black and a limited edition Silk White.

Slim and shiny, mhmm

Of course, the highlight of the phone is obviously the camera which Carl Pei, the CEO of OnePlus has been showing off prior to the launch. There is an Optical Image Stabilizer on the dual rear camera setup, along with an all-new HDR algorithm which will definitely help the image get the best colour contrast. You can also bet that there's an AI software for the selfie snapper, particularly in creathing a portrait mode without needing a secondary camera. On top of that, the primary camera is capable of recording 4K @ 60fps as well as 480fos in slow-mo (720p) for 3 seconds.

As for the price, there will be three different price tags for three variants based on memory. Converting from American dollars, the 'cheapest' we would get is ~RM2098, followed by ~RM2297 in the middle, then ~RM2495 as the highest one. Below is the official specifications:
