Based on a tweet by @BenGeskin on Twitter, it seems that the OnePlus 8 Pro, which was launched exactly a month ago comes equipped with camera filter which allows it to see through some thin black plastic as well as thin black clothes. The user also included a video in his tweet, which shows how clearly the camera is able to see through the plastic when switching the filter to Photochrom.
But that’s not all, Unbox Therapy recently released a video to show how well the camera can see through certain clothing. There is currently no news from OnePlus on whether they are planning to release a software update, in order to prevent this feature from being abused.
