After launching the OnePlus 9RT in China back in October, the company is ready to sell the smartphone elsewhere now. Yesterday, OnePlus's official Twitter account announced that the OnePlus 9RT would soon have a global launch alongside the OnePlus Buds Z2.
India will be the first country besides China to get the device on 14 January. The source mentions that there's a possibility for it to launch in more markets later. OnePlus is also referring to this launch event as 'Winter Edition' for some reason, and we will have to wait until then to find out about it.

The OnePlus 9RT is like a spin-off to the OnePlus 9 series. It packs the same Snapdragon 888 SoC and comes in 8/12GB RAM models. Furthermore, there's a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W charging and a triple camera setup (50MP primary + 16MP ultrawide + 2MP macro) at the back.
