After being in the rumour mills for a while, the OnePlus Nord 5 is now official in India alongside the OnePlus Nord CE5. Featuring some excellent specs for the price, read on to learn more about the Nord 5.

Under the hood, the Nord 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with 8/12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 265/512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Battery-wise, it’s a massive 6800mAh cell, which supports 80W charging and 5W reverse charging via the USB-C port.
Meanwhile, the display is a 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution, 1800 nits peak brightness, an in-screen optical fingerprint scanner and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 50MP Samsung JN5 selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is a 50MP LYT-700 shooter paired with an 8MP OV08D10 ultra-wide.

Other notable specs include Android 15 via OxygenOS 15, OnePlus AI Suite, dual SIM, up to 5G connectivity, NFC, dual stereo speakers, a Plus Key and colour options of either Marble Sands, Dry Ice or Phantom Grey. In India, the Nord 5 starts at INR31999 or ~RM1583, with global availability yet to be announced.
