Besides launching the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G in Malaysia yesterday, OnePlus also released its latest audio product, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2. Aiming to deliver an impactful bass and immense clarity in audio quality, read on to find more about the earbuds.
Featuring the BassWave Enhancement, the Nord Buds 2 is touted to produce true-to-original sound quality and exhibit a broad bass thanks to its 12.4mm enhancement driver unit. Besides that, the earbuds feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with 25dB depth and a dual-core processor.
Using an AI algorithm, OnePlus claims that the Nord Buds 2 can make clear calls using a dual mic system that amplifies the human voice. Transparency Mode is also present, as well as customisable sounds with the Master Equalization.
The Nord Buds 2 was designed in collaboration with Dolby Atmos technology that amplifies its mobile phone speakers and Dirac Audio Tuner for smoother performance with higher fidelity, especially when connected to a OnePlus device. In terms of battery, OnePlus claim up to 7 hours of playback on a single charge and up to 36 hours with the case with ANC off.
Users can also get up to 5 hours of usage with just a 10-minute charge. Besides that, the earbuds are also certified with an IP55 rating and each box comes with a set of surprise stickers to add a little bit of fun.
In Malaysia, the Nord Buds 2 is available in Lightning White or Thunder Grey colour options and retails at RM329. Pre-orders for the Nord Buds 2 begin at 10am on 11 April until 17 April 2023, while the special first sale promo is scheduled from 18 until 25 April 2023. During both promo periods, you can get RM30 off when purchasing the earbuds.
