OnePlus Pad 2 Pro to launch on 13 May with SD 8 Elite SoC, 12,140mAh battery and 144Hz LCD

The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro has been in the rumour mills for a while, and now, the tablet is confirmed for launch in China soon. In fact, the tablet is already listed on its sister company OPPO’s website, revealing the 13 May launch date and some key specs. 

According to the listing, the Pad 2 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with 8/12/16GB RAM and 256/512GB storage. Battery-wise, it’s a massive 12,140mAh cell, which supports 67W charging via the USB-C port.

Meanwhile, the screen is a 13.2-inch 144Hz LCD with a 2400 x 3392 pixel resolution. Camera-wise, there’s a 13MP rear shooter and an 8MP selfie camera. The tablet looks to be a rebranded OPPO Pad 4 Pro and is offered in either Deep Ocean Blue or Glacier Silver colours.
