OnePlus announced new event date on Twitter

Just this early morning, OnePlus released a short video teaser on their Twitter account revealing a new event on 15 November 2016 at 1PM EST. The device to be revealed is still unknown, but it could be called the OnePlus 3T according to rumours, and we also do know that it will carry a Snapdragon 821 processor just as they previously stated.

Although the video also showed a T-7 at the end, it could very well be the device's name instead of 3T, but that'd be too easy if it was, so nobody has a clue about the "code". However, in the tech-specs corner, rumours have it that the smartphone will feature

  • Snapdragon 821
  • 6GB RAM
  • 64GB / 128GB storage (expandable memory available)
  • 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display
  • 16MP Sony IMX398 camera sensor for the front and back
  • Android 7.0 Nougat

The Optic AMOLED display is an interesting one, as it's not seen often on smartphones but it could also feature a LCD display due to the shortage of AMOLED screen. We will just have to wait and see, stay tuned for more news at Technave.com.
