OnePlus has long been rumoured to be working on its first Android tablet and now, more sources are pointing toward it being released this 7 February. These include reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav who claimed that the tablet would launch during the company’s upcoming Cloud 11 event next week.
Taking to Twitter, Abhishek further claimed that OnePlus might launch the 11R 5G and a 65-inch TV alongside the tablet during the event. Of course, we all know that the event would see the release of the 11 5G and Buds Pro 2.
On the official website for the Cloud 11 global event, OnePlus did tease that “boxes come in all shapes and sizes” which may allude to the Android tablet. Speaking of which, the tablet may be given the name “OnePlus Pad” and it won’t be a surprise if it is a rebadged OPPO Pad or OPPO Pad Air, given the relationship between the two manufacturers.
Of course, do take this information with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet. Well, we just have to wait a few days to know for sure.
