Finally, OnePlus has confirmed the launch date for the new OnePlus 12. The new phone will be revealed to the public on 4 December 2023. That said, what should you know about it?
For your information, the new phone will be launched in celebration of the brand’s 10th anniversary. Plus, OnePlus might announce the OnePlus Ace 3 alongside the OnePlus 12. In case you didn’t know, the company was founded on 14 October 2012. The brand merged with OPPO and it continued to operate under OPPO as an independent brand.
In addition, the phone could feature up to 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage and run the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. OnePlus has confirmed the device will sport the LYT-T808 main camera sensor along with the HyperTone camera optimizations. Reportedly, it could feature a 48MP IMX581 ultra-wide lens and a 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Selfie-wise, it could sport a 32MP camera.
Moreover, the OnePlus 12 could house a 6.82-inch BOE X1 OLED display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. You could expect it to run the ColorOS 14 (Android 14), features a 5,400mAh battery, and supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. We have yet to confirm other tech specs or the Malaysia release date for this device. However, we could expect it arrive soon.
