Can you believe it? Year-end is coming soon and this means is another round of rumours for the upcoming MWC 2018. Although it's still 2-3 months away, we got some new juicy news that Sony Mobile will be unveiling another generation Xperia smartphones in the first quarter (of course) and will have four variants.

Under the codename H8216, H8266, H8276, and H8296, we are pretty sure that these four smartphones will have at least two mid-rangers, a high-end one and a premium device, knowing Sony Mobile's pattern, they do tend to release a lot of models in a lineup in a year with the same design (hey, if it's not broken, then don't fix it right?) and we also happen to get some sneak peak of the specifications.

According to Reddit (lol), the H8216 model is said to feature a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, along with a 4GB + 64GB memory capacity. The display size is a bit odd, though, measuring 5.48-inch in 1080p and there will be a pair of cameras at the back as well, using a 12MP sensor for each, while the front is using a 15MP sensor. In the battery compartment, it will be 3130mAh and will also definitely run on Android 8.1 Oreo.

So how does that sound to you so far? Are you looking forward to the new Sony smartphones next year? Stay tuned for more Sony news at TechNave.com.
