Of course, there are several highlights of the Lazada 11.11 Shopping Festival. For the first time, about 4.5 million Malaysians tuned into to watch the live countdown TV show special in collaboration with Media Prima Television Networks, which was broadcasted across major television channels TV3, ntv7 and live streamed on the Lazada app as well. Many local and international artists also made an appearance, such as Ella, Amy Mastura, Ziana Zain, Chakra Khan and KARD. Sherry Alhadad and Haziq Hussni were the hosts together that night.

One of the interesting products that were sold was the Volkswagen Polo B&W Edition which was immediately sold out after a minute (11 units). In addition, Malaysians also bought 27 tonnes of Milo in the first two hours, over 13,000 Xiaomi phones and 4,500,000 pieces of diapers. That said, the best sales came from Home & Living, Fashion, Health & Beauty, Accessories, and Mother & Baby and the top states that shopped the most are Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, and Perak.
