PAKEJ PERPADUAN officially launches in Malaysia, 30GB for RM30 at 3Mbps with 180 days validity

The Ministry of Communications and Digital (KKD) today officially launched the PAKEJ PERPADUAN prepaid mobile internet plan. First announced in December last year, the package is available from now until 31 December 2023 and offers 30GB of data at 3Mbps speed, with a validity period of 180 days for just RM30. 

Moreover, local telco companies would be offering the package at the aforementioned price, including CelcomDigi, Maxis, U Mobile, Unifi Mobile, Yes, OneXOX, Mcalls and TuneTalk. Replacing the previous Pakej Remaja, PAKEJ PERPADUAN is targeted at youths below 30 years old, senior citizens, veterans of uniformed bodies, persons with disabilities and the B40. 

Accordingly, several participating telcos have already announced the availability of PAKEJ PERPADUAN to their customers, including CelcomDigi and U Mobile. For the package offering on U Mobile, the company in a press release clarified that the 30GB data can be used for hotspot and on all applications.

Moreover, it can also be stacked if its customers decide to purchase Pakej Perpaduan again. Eligible U Mobile customers can subscribe via the MyUMobile app if they are on the latest U Mobile 5G Prepaid Pack and  can be activated through the following steps: 

  1. Launch MyUMobile app
  2. Tap on “Add Ons” and go to “Others”
  3. Subscribe to Pakej Perpaduan

Meanwhile, CelcomDigi in a press release said that its customers who activated PAKEJ PERPADUAN require more data anytime within the 6-month timeframe, they can choose to subscribe to any of Celcom or Digi active Internet passes. The statement further said that CelcomDigi’s internet passes are available from as low as RM3.
