The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and Whoscall are collaborating to bolster Malaysia's defenses against scams. At the 'Scam Free Malaysia Carnival', they recently announced the giveaway of 1 million Whoscall Premium accounts, worth over RM87 million for free, to help protect Malaysians.
Whoscall Premium offers features like Caller ID, WhatsApp Caller ID, Auto Spam Call Blocking, and more. According to PDRM, this collaboration, which began in January 2023, has already shown success in reducing scam call pick-up rates in Malaysia by a significant amount.
