According to BERNAMA, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is now emphasising that all government departments need to take the implementation and use of digital seriously, and use various administrative tasks online, except those bound by legal provisions. So, what should you know about it?

In an effort to further speed up matters and save time, the Prime Minister also proposed the use of artificial intelligence to create an initial draft in responding to official letters, before adding personal input to correct or improve them.
