Today, a new POCO phone was announced in India and is none other than the POCO F3 GT. From the livestream, it seems that the tech specs are quite similar to the Redmi K40 Gaming edition so without beating around the bush too much, here are all the details you need to know about the POCO F3 GT.
Starting with the internal tech specs, the POCO F3 GT features a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset with three RAM options - 6GB, 8GB and 12GB. The internal storage only has two - 128GB and 256GB, using UFS 3.1. As for the battery, it has 5065mAh and supports 67W fast charging technology. It should be noted that the phone has a built-in graphite cooling structure for mobile gaming.
Speaking of mobile gaming, the POCO F3 GT even has two physical Maglev Triggers as well as a pair of Dolby Atmos stereo speakers like other gaming phones. The display is even marketed as Turbo AMOLED measuring 6.67-inches, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10 and 100% DCI-P3. For the colours, it comes in Predator Black and Gunmetal Silver.
There are other features as well, including a triple rear camera module (which has a glowing RGB!) consisting of a 64MP (main) + 8MP (ultrawide) + 2MP (macro), triple mics, WiFi gaming antenna, dual Corning Gorilla Glass 5, IP53 splash-proof rating and others. In the Indian market, it seems that the consumers there will have a special sales discount if they are one of the early birds.
