Today, the POCO M2 Pro has been released in India as advertised and the tech specs that appeared on Geekbench was a close call. As a lesser variant lineup to the F2 series, we think there's a good chance that POCO might bring this into the Malaysia market so here's what you need to know.

Initially speculated as having a Snapdragon 765 chipset, the M2 Pro is featuring a Snapdragon 720G chipset instead and is backed up by 6GB of RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage. There is also another memory-based variant which is 4GB + 64GB and the rest of the specs are the same, this includes a 6.67-inch FHD display and a 5000mAh battery with a 33W fast charging technology.

As for the selfie snapper, it's using a 16MP sensor with a Nigth Mode software support. Users will be glad to know that there are a USB-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack port as well.

Finally, there are actually three price tags for this phone - 13,999 Rupees (4GB + 64GB, ~RM798), 14,999 Rupees (6GB + 64GB, ~RM855), and 16,999 Rupees (6GB + 128GB, ~RM970). For the India market, they can get three colour variants - Out of the Blue, Green and Greener and Two Shades of Black (lol).
