POCO M6 4G is now official in Malaysia, an affordable smartphone with some compelling specs for the price. In conjunction with the release, there’s also a special early bird offer for Malaysian consumers that would make the device even more affordable, so do read on to learn more.
Under the hood, the M6 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra SoC paired with 6 or 8GB RAM and 128 or 256GB storage. There’s also a 5030mAh battery which supports 33W charging via the USB-C port.
Display-wise, it sports a 6.79-inch 90Hz LCD with an FHD+ resolution and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 13MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera is a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM6 camera paired with a 2MP macro shooter.
Other notable specs include HyperOS, a 3.5mm audio jack, an IP53 rating, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and colour options of either Black, Purple or Silver. In Malaysia, the M6 4G starts at RM699 for 8/128GB and RM799 for 8/256GB.
From 13 to 19 June 2024, you can get the device at an early bird price of RM539 for the 8/128GB variant and RM639 for the 8/256GB configuration. The M6 4G can be purchased exclusively on official e-commerce platforms on mi.com, and official POCO stores on Shopee and Lazada.
