POCO may be set to release a new mid-range offering in the global market, the POCO M6 5G. The vanilla version of the M6 Pro 5G, a new leak has more details regarding the device, including it potentially being a rebranded Redmi smartphone.
As shared by tipster Kacper Skrzypek on X who dived into the Mi Code, the M6 5G is apparently a rebranded version of the Redmi 13C 5G. Well, this isn’t much of a surprise given the relationship of the two companies as being subsidiaries of Xiaomi.
In the codes, the M6 5G has the model number 23128PC33I, with the “i” at the end signifying that the device will be heading to India. With that in mind, the M6 5G may also launch in other markets but no information can be gathered on the matter as of the time of writing.
Given that the model number is already inside the Mi Code, the smartphone may be released soon. Hence, do stay tuned to TechNave for the latest developments on this and for more trending tech news.
