POCO is one of the brands that are popular in Malaysia, owing to its great value for money. The last smartphone launched here was the lower mid-range POCO M4 5G. Now, the company is gearing up to launch another mid-range phone with slightly better hardware.

The people at PassionateGeekz have gotten official renders of what's allegedly the POCO X4 Pro 5G. As you can see, the device is available in yellow, blue, and black colours. It also has flat edges, rounded corners, and a rear that reminds us of the Xiaomi 11 Ultra. Specifically, the phone has a large triple camera module that makes for a thick camera bump. It doesn't seem to have a secondary display though.

In terms of specs, the POCO X4 Pro 5G is expected to feature the Snapdragon 695 chipset, 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of storage. It should also come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 5000mAh battery, and 67W fast charging. As for the cameras, there's a 108MP+8MP+2MP setup at the back, while the front has a 16MP selfie camera.

Overall, this model eschews CPU and GPU performance for a better camera and display. If you're a casual photographer or love watching YouTube/TikTok videos on your phone, it could be a great option.
