POCO will venture into more product segments this year besides making smartphones. The brand is expected to begin the new journey by launching a smartwatch soon. Today, the wearable gadget has also been found on several certification platforms.

The POCO smartwatch has appeared on the Russian Electronics Certification platform (EEC), the Indonesian Directorate General of Resources and Equipment for Post and Information Technology (SDPPI), and United Arab Emirates' Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). However, all of these platforms never revealed anything about the tech specs.

According to the listing on ECC, the POCO smartwatch bears the model number Poco M2131W1. It also shows that the device is made by 70mai Co. Ltd, a Shanghai company that associates with Xiaomi's IoT products regularly. Strangely, the company is known for making dashcams, so it's unclear if it has decided to take on the smartwatch business.
