As POCO prepares for a global launch of the POCO F8 series, the company is also going to launch two new tablets: the POCO Pad X1 and POCO Pad M1. Here's what we know about the upcoming devices so far.

The POCO Pad X1

The Pad X1 positions itself as a versatile, lightweight tablet for users who want performance without bulk. Powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, the standout feature is its 3.2K crystal-clear display with a refresh rate that can reach up to 144Hz in supported apps, offering ultra-smooth visuals for everything from streaming to stylus work.

POCO’s design language shines through with a sleek chassis and a refined rear camera module, with a yellow outline surrounding the rear camera bump. It may be nothing much, but that's the first time we have seen a company doing that on a tablet.

Next, the Pad M1 delivers with a massive 12.1-inch 2.5K display and a 120Hz refresh rate. Backing all that screen time is a colossal 12000mAh battery. Also, POCO notes that the refresh rate can be adjusted up to 144Hz for supported apps, and the battery capacity reflects typical values tested internally.

A Dual Tablet Strategy

By launching the Pad X1 and Pad M1 side by side, POCO is signalling a dual strategy, as each tablet can be catered to a different target audience. On top of that, the POCO F8 series is going to be launched too, so it will be a big launch event for POCO. Stay tuned for our official news coverage only at TechNave.com.
