Touch ’n Go eWallet has reminded users to link their eWallet account to their device by 3 April 2023. This is because the fintech platform will be implementing TapSecure, a new one-tap transaction approval function on that date.
In an official Facebook post, the platform elaborated that TapSecure is another level of security on users’ eWallet. Moreover, according to Touch ’n Go Digital’s (TNGD) official website, TapSecure is a mandatory approval method that must be used when approving transactions.
Essentially, the new feature uses your eWallet app to authenticate transactions securely. Hence, users are urged to link their accounts to their devices soon to avoid any service disruption on their eWallets.
