Maybank has alerted customers that it will be undergoing a temporary system maintenance exercise on 14 January 2024 (Sunday). The maintenance will affect Maybank2u (web and app), MAE app and Maybank2u Biz (web and app).
Taking to its official website, Maybank said that the system maintenance will be done from 3am to 6am on the aforementioned date. Hence, to reduce any inconvenience during this period, the bank advises customers to perform their transactions in advance.
Of course, given that the exercise is done in the early hours of the day, most users won’t be affected by the maintenance. For more information or assistance, customers may write to [email protected] or contact Maybank at 1-300-88-6688 (Malaysia) or +603-7844 3696 (overseas).
