It's never dull in the smartphone scene, not as long as patents get leaked all the time. This time around, an image showing the patented design of a supposed vivo smartphone was found. The device shows a Penta camera setup at the back and a single front camera within a punch-hole.
Leakster Sudhanshu posted the image on Twitter, though he did not provide his source. Some speculate that this could be the NEX 4. But it's hard to imagine that vivo would revert to a design with a hole on the front, considering how the NEX 3 was built. If you ask us, it's more likely that this patent shows the successor to the S1 Pro. Of course, that's just our speculation. And since there are no official announcements on this yet, it's best to take this news with a grain of salt.
