There's going to be a string of public holidays in Malaysia soon with Hari Raya Aidiladha or Raya Haji, Wesak and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s birthday just around the corner. Many Malaysians are expected to Balik Kampung soon. PLUS Malaysia Berhad have announced the peak traffic dates to watch: 22, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30 and 31 May 2026 for those leaving the Klang Valley and 4, 5, 6 and 7 June 2026 for those returning.

PLUS Highway Smart Lanes and more

If you're going to travel during those dates, PLUS expects traffic to be heavy so the Smart Lane will be activated at 33 peak traffic locations. More than 500 PLUSRonda and LPT2Ronda staff will be patrolling and all toll lanes will be opened.

They also encourage road users to plan their journeys more efficiently by using the MyPLUS-TTA feature on the PLUS app, Google Maps or Waze. Police (PDRM), JPJ and LLM staff will also be on hand so drive carefully and within speed limits.
