Looking to solve the issue of finding vacant parking before you even arrive at your destination, Malaysian startup ParkEasy have launched their ParkEasy app in Beta mode. The app works peer-to-peer much like Uber with "Parkers" - those looking for parking being matched to "Leavers" - those about to leave their parking spots and then swapping spots.

"Leavers" will earn ParkEasy credits and "Parkers" will have to use them. No worries though, as you are automatically provided 10 credits when you install the app. The ParkEasy app is available for free download by PixelByte Sdn Bhd on the Google Play Store and the App Store. Check out their site or FaceBook page for more details. For now, the app is only available in a number of malls here in Malaysia but they hope to expand as the community grows.
