Joining the rest of Poco’s affordable budget busters is the Poco C55 which was recently released in India. Featuring a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 50MP + 2MP (depth sensor) dual rear camera and a 6.71-inch HD+ display with 60Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate it goes from 9499 INR (~RM508).
On the front there’s a 5MP selfie camera in a waterdrop notch while on the back there’s an artificial leather-like design. The chipset comes with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage with a microSD slot. Other tech specs include MIUI 13 based on Android 12 along with a 5000 mAh battery.
Available in black, blue and green, the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage version will go for 9499 INR (~RM508) while the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will go for 10999 INR (~RM588) from 28 February 2023. Obviously, there were no Malaysia release dates or pricing details but if it releases in India, the likelihood of it coming to Malaysia is usually high.
