Today, Acer Malaysia unveiled the latest Predator Helios Neo 14. It's a new slightly smaller model than its other 16-inch and 18-inch siblings at a recommended retail price of RM7799. Read on below for more information about this gaming laptop variant.
The new Predator Helios Neo 14’s max power is 255W and is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 185H with dedicated AI acceleration and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU featuring AI-powered DLSS 3.5. Although it's just using a 14-inch display, it features WQXGA+ (3072x1920) resolution with a 165Hz refresh rate, full sRGB colour spectrum support and compatibility with NVIDIA G-SYNC.
To ensure peak performance, the laptop incorporates the Predator Cooling System which includes a dual-fan configuration with 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans. Additionally, it employs liquid metal grease on the CPU and vector heat pipes to enhance heat transfer and thermal capacity. The Predator Helios Neo 14 is also equipped with Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E, a full-function USB Type-C with ThunderBolt 4 port, and a MicroSD card reader.
Like all the new Acer laptops nowadays, it features Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 and Acer PurifiedView for video conferencing. It also has a dedicated Copilot key for AI-powered task assistance and more can be explored in the new Experience Zone on the PredatorSense to personalise device settings, keyboard lighting effects, and monitor system health.
The Predator Helios Neo 14 is now available immediately at Acer eStore, Acer's official stores on Shopee and Lazada. To celebrate the launch of the gaming laptop, customers who purchase it before 24 May 2024, will receive an Acer Melbourne Luggage 20" worth RM999.
