Proton, through its subsidiary PRO-NET, today announced the launch of a DC charging hub based at Proton Tanjung Malim. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, it was introduced at the administration building, where the hub is equipped with two DC chargers that can charge up to four vehicles at a time.
A first time for Proton

Additionally, Proton says this is the first time Proton has introduced infrastructure that is fully managed by them, and not by a third party. This also marks Proton's first step before expanding to offer a charging network in Malaysia.
Moreover, using the charger also does not require any separate application. You can scan the QR code and then start charging and make a payment. Proton has set the price of this DC charger at RM0.80 per kWh. Proton offers access to this charging hub for all electric vehicle users, regardless of brand.
