It seems that a user on weibo has recently posted on his account, stating that the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus 5G chipset is expected to be unveiled somewhere around H2 2021. While not much is known in regards to which exact smartphone will come equipped with the aforementioned chipset, we do know that it will come with a much higher clock speed compared to the non-Plus variant.
With all that said, do take some of the information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Qualcomm has yet to provide an official statement on the leak. Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date of the smartphones that are equipped with the chipset, local pricing, and exact tech specs for now.
