Last year, Fahmi Fadzil announced a new RAHMAH 5G package with 60GB for the B40 class. The date was supposed to end in early June 2024 but the government has extended the offer further until the end of June.
With the extension, the maximum subsidy for select 5G smartphones is still RM120. This is only limited to the first 100,000 customers, though, on a first come, first served basis. On that note, Malaysians should be able to get the RAHMAH 5G 60GB Postpaid package for as low as RM60 per month. Additionally, the package will come bundled with a 5G phone for as low as RM240.
CelcomDigi, Maxis and YES were mentioned in the offer extension news by the government. So with that, do check their subscription and information with your respective telcos for the RAHMAH 5G plans. U Mobile and unifi should also still be involved but do check up with them first.
