REDMAGIC 10 Air release - 6000mAh battery, SD 8 Gen 3 SoC and 120Hz AMOLED from ~RM2112

REDMAGIC has released a ‘slim’ version of the REDMAGIC 10 Series in China, the REDMAGIC 10 Air. Featuring some excellent specs for the price, read on to learn more about the company’s latest gaming smartphone offering. 

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Despite its slim 7.85mm thickness, the 10 Air packs a massive 6000mAh battery, which supports 80W charging via the USB-C port.

The 10 Air also sports a notch-less display, which is a 6.8-inch 120Hz AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution, 1300 nits peak brightness and an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. 

Camera-wise, the front camera is an under-display 16MP shooter, while the main camera at the rear is a 50MP shooter paired with a 50MP ultra-wide. 

Other notable specs include remappable capacitive buttons, an intricate cooling system which includes a vapour chamber and layers of thermal gel and graphene, Android 15 via REDMAGIC OS 10.0 and colour options of either Twilight, Hailstone or Flare. In China, the 10 Air starts at CNY3499 or ~RM2112, with global availability yet to be announced.
