If you are still using these two old RHB platforms, please take note. On 31 March 2023, RHB will terminate both RHB Now Internet Banking and RHB Now Mobile Banking.
By removing the two old RHB platforms, RHB customers can still perform their financial transactions at the bank's new platform - RHB Online Banking. Current RHB account holders can still log in there with their existing username and password. They should also adjust their transfer method, and payment details when setting up.
Regular payments or transfers can be added to the same account. All they have to do is set up their favourite accounts on the new platform by enabling "Add to Favourite" at the Payment Details page. On top of that, RHB customers are advised to delete all recurring transactions from the classic RHB Now platforms after setting up the new RHB Online Banking before the 31st of March to avoid repeated payments.
