As you may know, many companies are gearing up to show off at this coming week's CES 2022. Being a regular at CES, ASUS is expected to unveil a slew of new products at the event, including smartphones. One of them is could be the ROG Phone 6 series.

Thanks to @EqualLeaks, we have what are allegedly 2D renders of the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro. As you can see, the renders show that both models will come with slightly updated designs. There's still a horizontal triple camera setup at the back. But the positions of the LED flash and RGB LED panel have been moved. Moreover, the two models seem to have flat edges instead of the rounded ones of the ROG Phone 5 series.

There's no info on tech specs and features so far, but there's no doubt that both models will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. We can also expect them to have 12GB and 16GB variants, plus at least 256GB of internal storage. Besides that, we speculate that ASUS would use LTPO 2.0 panels for the display. This would give them adaptable refresh rates of 1 to 144Hz.

Of course, most of the above are just speculation, so take it with a grain of salt. Having said that, what do you hope to see changed or improved in the new models? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news about it.
