Hey, it's December - the season for Christmas shopping! For some, it might be a good time to consider getting a new gaming rig. Of course, not all of us like having bulky desktop PCs. If you're in the laptop gang, ASUS is ready to launch a new ROG laptop soon.

As spotted by MyLaptopGuide, new variants of the ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 GX650 are on the way. Specifically, three variants of the laptop have been certified on the Bluetooth SIG website. The model numbers are GX650RX, GX650RW, and GX650RM. Interestingly, the listings have since been removed. We're not sure if this means it's not ready for launch, but we think that ASUS will introduce these during CES 2022.

In terms of specs, the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 GX650 will allegedly come with the AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX CPU. It'll also pack an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GPU, 16GB of DDR5 RAM (4666MHz), and 1TB of NVMe SSD storage. Being a 16-inch device, it comes with a 16-inch FHD+ display with a 300Hz refresh rate too.

Overall, this is going to be a high-end gaming laptop. It might not quite be ready for Christmas, but you might want to take note of it. Having said that, which do you prefer - gaming desktop or gaming laptop? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
