In tandem with the launch of its new Rapid On-Demand booking application, Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd, operator of Rapid KL On-Demand service, will roll out 13 additional coverage zones starting today (9 June 2025). The service is expanding to include 11 new zones around MRT stations.
Expanded Coverage Across the Klang Valley
According to the source, the 11 new zones include the likes of Semantan to Segambut and Bukit Dukung to Sungai Sekamat. The service is accessible via the new Rapid On-Demand app. An additional two zones, Kota Kemuning–Gamuda Walk Mall and LRT Alam Megah, will be bookable through the Kummute app.
RM1 Per Ride
The newly introduced Rapid On-Demand app is designed to make ride reservations easier and more convenient, enhancing users’ overall experience with more intuitive features. It now operates in 47 zones, with service available daily from 6 AM to 11:30?PM. For a promotional period, trips are priced at just RM1 per ride.
