Razer Blade 14 release: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and more, priced at RM9999

Today, the Razer Blade 14 was announced by Razer during E3 and it's now featuring the latest AMD Ryzen 9 59000HX processor. In case you're unaware, the Razer Blade 14 haven't made an appearance for three years and certainly fetches a price of RM9999 (#yikes). You can read below about what you can expect from this laptop.

For starters, the Blade 14 is the first Razer laptop to feature an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor which is the latest and most powerful one to date. The 8-core, 16 thread processor is capable of clocking up to 4.6GHz and it's accompanied by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU. As a compact laptop, its 14-inch display supports up to a 165Hz refresh rate and QHD resolution.

By default, the display features FHD resolution and can reach up to 100% sRGB and up to 100% DCI-P3 when in QHD panel mode. As for other features, you can find a 720p webcam, IR sensor for security, Razer Chroma RGB as well as a THX Spatial Audio sound system. Even though this laptop is thin, there are plenty of ports around including USB Type-C, Type-A and HDMI 2.1. 

Besides the Blade 14, Razer also announced its first Razer USB-C GaN Charger. It can support up to 130W of combined charging power between the two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports which allows you to charge your phone, tablet, or laptop at the same time. This charging adapter has no local price yet but it's priced at $179.99 (~RM740).
