A lot of gamers like minimalist keyboards that are compact like the Razer Huntsman Mini. But there will always be those who favour something a bit more simple with a touch of extras on top. Razer is aware of that and has launched the new Cynosa V2 gaming keyboard, which comes with dedicated multimedia controls and a few other features.

The latest keyboard in Razer's stable of gaming keyboards, the Cynosa V2 has an all-black body that's spill-resistant. Also, all keys have Chroma RGB and are individually backlit, so you can have customised each key's colour to your preference. You can also sync the keyboard to certain games and get special lighting effects. Besides that, the Cynosa V2 is a gaming keyboard that uses membrane keys, which lets users enjoy quiet gaming sessions.

Moving on to features, the Cynosa V2 has dedicated multimedia controls that let you play, pause, and skip (back/forward) tracks, as well as control the volume of your PC. It also has cable routing to help reduce desk clutter. As for software functions, it supports macros, custom keybindings, and Hypershift to enable even more custom keys.

The Razer Cynosa V2 is already available on the Razer store for RM299, which isn't a bad price. If you prefer mechanical keys though, then it may not be your cup of tea.
