Realme Q with Snapdragon 712 chipset and VOOC launched in China from ~RM586

Earlier today, Realme has announced the unveiling of the Realme Q which is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset and quad-camera setup starting from RMB999(~RM586) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM while the 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM is priced at RMB1198(~RM704) and RMB1498(~RM1498) respectively. In terms of the colour options, the device comes in either green or purple colour accompanied by a holographic diamond texture in the rear.

In terms of the tech specs, the Realme Q comes equipped with the chipset mentioned above, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage and a 6.3-inch display with a dewdrop notch at the top which houses the front-facing camera. In terms of the camera, the Realme Q comes with a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad rear camera setup as well as a 16MP front image sensor.

The device also comes with a 4035mAh battery which is 20W VOOC Flash Charging 3.0 compatible, allowing it to charge itself up to 70% in under 40 minutes. Realme has mentioned that they have placed the Realme Q through several durability tests, to ensure that it is capable of withstanding almost anything life throws at it. These tests include the 1.8-meter free-fall, submerging in boiling water, dust mitigation and more.
