Realme X2 Pro confirmed to launch with Snapdragon 855+ chip and 64MP quad camera

Today, the official page for the device has confirmed that the Realme X2 Pro. The much rumoured device which was codenamed “Super Warrior” has been confirmed to be launched with the Snapdragon 855+ chipset among other features.

Realme’s first SD 855+ chipset phone has also been confirmed to feature a quad camera setup with a Samsung GW1 64-MP sensor and 20x hybrid zoom. Besides that, there will also be an ultrawide sensor with 115 degree FOV, a telephoto lens and a depth sensor.

It has been rumoured that the device may be revealed with a waterdrop notch, a 90Hz display, an in-display fingerprint reader and NFC. In addition, it may also come with the brand new VOOC 4.0 30W flash charge support. From now until the 4th of October, the company will be revealing more key specs and features of the upcoming smartphone. 

However, no official launch date has been confirmed but it is expected that the device may be launched this mid-October in China. It is also likely that the phone may be out in Europe as Realme has an official page for the device on the Realme Europe website
