Red Magic has debuted a new gaming phone in Malaysia today. The Red Magic 7S Pro arrived with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, automatically making it a gaming flagship. Now, let's dig into the device's other powerful tech specs!
The Red Magic 7S Pro sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 960Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate. Furthermore, the device draws power from a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging. How could a gaming device lack a good cooling system? The Red Magic 7S Pro also comes with Redmagic ICE 10.0 10-layer multi-dimensional cooling system alongside a 20,000rpm cooling fan to cool everything down.
On the rear, the device features a triple camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. Its under-display front-facing camera uses a 16MP sensor. Other features include shoulder triggers with 520Hz touch sampling rate, stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2.
The device will be available in two storage configurations, one with 12/256GB that retails for RM3,999 and another with an 18/512GB trim priced at RM4,999. First sales of the new Redmagic 7S Pro will start from 29 October via the brand's official store on Lazada, as well as authorised resellers, including Teve distribution, DirectD, Mobile To Go, Asia Mobile Supply, MMG Distribution, AI Space, Mobile Corner, and 7 Mobile.
