Today, nubia announced the Red Magic 8 Pro has arrived in Malaysia. From a starting price of RM3699, there will be a first sale promo on 25 February 2023 if you're willing to wait, whereby the starting promo price will be RM2899.
There will be two Red Magic 8 Pro variants based on its memory configuration - 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB for the Matte and Void versions respectively. The latter is priced at RM4299 and for the first sale promo on the said date, the prices will be on a limited-time discount at RM2899 and RM3499 respectively.
To refresh your memory, the Red Magic 8 Pro is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging technology, a 6.8-inch OLED 120Hz display, a 16MP front camera and a triple rear 50MP (main) + 2MP (macro) + 8MP (ultrawide) camera setup. Moreover, it has a built-in fan with RGB lights, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G and WiFi 7 connectivity.
On top of the Red Magic 8 Pro Malaysia release, a REDMAGIC Mora Figurine will also be launching here. Priced at RM99, the Red Magic's phone assistant is in limited quantities only at REDMAGIC MY Official Store in Lazada. The first sales promo will also only be exclusive to that platform.
