For gaming phones, the most powerful option you can currently get is the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. But if you have a limited budget, there are more affordable ones from Redmi or Nubia. The latter entered the Malaysian market last year with its Red Magic 7S Pro, and now a successor  - the Red Magic 8S Pro - could be on the way.

Earlier today, Digital Chat Station posted a picture of a new device from Nubia. As you can see, it's the AnTuTu benchmark result screen, and it shows the model number nubia NX729S_V1A. According to the tipster, this is Red Magic 8S Pro, which features the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset. He also mentioned that the device comes with active air cooling, likely referring to an external cooler.

For reference, the Red Magic 8 Pro launched in February sports the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. As for features, it has a large 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also utilised an under-display 16MP front camera, allowing for a more immersive viewing experience in games and videos. Other features include RGB lights, a matte back cover, stereo speakers, and more.

Besides the Red Magic 8S Pro, the source claimed that a Red Magic gaming tablet is on the way. With the timing of this leak, it feels like Red Magic could be preparing a product launch in the coming weeks. We'll look out for news about the two devices, so please stay tuned to TechNave for further updates.
