Previously, Red Magic confirmed that the Red Magic 8S Pro would be available in Malaysia starting on 3 August 2023. But that might not be the only product coming. There's a chance the Red Magic DAO TWS earbuds could also launch on the same day.
According to Gizmochina, Red Magic's new TWS earbuds will go global on 2 August 2023. For us, it's more likely to launch with the Red Magic 8S Pro in Malaysia on 3 August 2023. But there's no sign of it on the Red Magic Malaysia website, so we can't confirm anything yet.
But for those unaware, the Red Magic DAO TWS is a pair of new earbuds with transparent stems. The top of the charging case is also transparent, so you can see the earbuds stowed inside. These earbuds have 11mm drivers powered by Qualcomm's S3 Gen 2 Sound chipset. It delivers 28ms low-latency, noise reduction by up to 48 decibels, and support for SBC, AAC, LHDC 5, and more.
For your info, the Red Magic DAO TWS costs 1499 yuan in China or approximately RM945. That makes it one of the more expensive pair of TWS earbuds. As such, we can probably expect it to deliver plenty of features and high-quality audio.
