Last month, RedMagic launched a new gaming tablet featuring impressive specs. The Tablet 3 Pro also has a compact body and a design that would appeal to gamers. Fortunately, fans didn't have to wait long for it to be released globally. However, there is an interesting change to note.
Tablet 3 Pro -> Astra Gaming Tablet
RedMagic has rebranded the Tablet 3 Pro as the Astra Gaming Tablet for global markets. However, it's the same tablet as its Chinese counterpart. In other words, the tech specs, features, and design.

To recap, the RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet has a 9.06-inch LTPO OLED screen (1504x2400 resolution). This display has a high 165Hz refresh rate, HDR, PWM dimming, and a 1600 nits peak brightness. As a result, you get smooth visuals, vibrant colours, excellent contrast, and a bright screen.
Inside its chassis, the Astra Gaming Tablet sports the currently unmatched Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It also has an advanced cooling system using liquid metal as the cooling agent, a large vapour chamber, and an active cooling fan. According to RedMagic, its cooling system can reduce the tablet's internal temperature by up to 8°C. Powering the tablet is an 8200mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
