The Redmi 9 was launched in June last year, so the successor is supposed to arrive around this period. With that said, the latest information about the Redmi 10 has finally appeared today after it's being spotted on the FCC listing.

The Redmi 10 with model number 21061119AG has been certified by FCC. Its document shows that the device will be a dual-SIM 4G phone that will run MIUI 12.5. There will also be three variants including 4/64GB, 6/128GB and 4/128GB. Other than that, nothing much has been revealed at the moment.

For the camera department, the device is rumoured to feature a 50MP main sensor for sure. However, it's unknown that it will go for Sony's or Samsung's image sensor. If it's Samsung's, we can expect it to use the ISOCELL JN1 that has a 1/2.76-inch optical format and 0.64 µm pixels. The JN1 also supports “Double Super PD” autofocus with redesigned micro-lenses and real-time HDR. Other cameras could include an 8MP ultra-wide-angle one based on the Sony IMX355, plus a 2MP sensor (macro probably).
