
Xiaomi subsidiary Redmi today launched the Redmi 13 5G in India, the 5G version of the Redmi 13. Featuring some improved specs at a low price point, read on to learn more.
Under the hood, the 13 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Engine) processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The battery is a 5030mAh cell which supports 33W charging via the USB-C port.

Display-wise, it’s a 6.79-inch 120Hz LCD with a 550 nits peak brightness and a centre punch-hole cutout housing the 13MP selfie shooter. At the rear, the main camera setup is a 108MP shooter paired with a 2MP macro sensor.
Other notable specs include an IP35 rating, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, HyperOS, an IR blaster, a 3.5mm audio jack and colour options of either Hawaiian Blue, Orchid Pink or Black Diamond. In India, the 13 5G starts at INR13999 or ~RM789, with global availability yet to be announced.
