Xiaomi’s subsidiary, Redmi may be releasing the same smartphone soon if a new leak is to be believed. Of course, we’re talking about the Redmi 13C 5G, which was spotted with different model numbers in different regions.

As reported by GizmoChina, the Redmi 13C 5G is listed as 23124RN87C in China, 23124RN87G globally and 23124RN87I in India. The device is touted to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC.

Besides that, the report also alluded to the existence of a 4G variant for the device powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. The Redmi 13C will also allegedly be rebranded as a POCO device, the POCO C65, with all 3 devices touted for release later this month in several regions.

As the name would suggest, the device will be the successor to the Redmi 12C, one of the most affordable smartphones in the market right now. Moreover, having a 5G variant for the successor is definitely welcomed and we expect the Redmi 13C 5G to be one of the most bang-for-your-buck devices when it launches.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet. Well, we just have to wait for an announcement to know for sure, so until then, do stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news such as this.
