Redmi 15C will reportedly feature a 6000mAh battery and 6.9-inch 120Hz LCD

It looks like Xiaomi is launching a new entry-level smartphone under its subsidiary Redmi soon, the Redmi 15C. In fact, the device recently passed certification in Thailand, while its spec sheet and price were leaked in Europe, so read on to find out.

As reported by YTechB, which found the device’s EPREL listing, the 15C sports a massive 6000mAh battery, which supports 33W charging. The listing further revealed up to 77 hours of battery life on a single charge and that it can retain 80% of its battery till 1000 charging cycles. 

Besides that, the report further claimed the 15C to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity Helio G81 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. Screen-wise, it’s a 6.9-inch 120Hz IPS LCD, while the camera setup is a 13MP selfie shooter at the front and a 50MP main camera paired with a secondary sensor at the rear. 

The 15C is touted to start at EUR129 or ~RM642 in Europe, with colour options of either Moonlight Blue, Twilight Orange, Midnight Black or Green. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt, as there is no confirmation from Xiaomi just yet.
