Recently, we mentioned the Redmi A3 release last night. Now, the phone was reported to have cleared SIRIM certification. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, the phone was spotted with the code name 23129RNG1X (Redmi A3) on the SIRIM database last December. Interestingly, the phone features a fresh image design different from the previous model. There are no details on how the variants released in Malaysia will differ from the global ones.
To recap, the A3 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC paired with either 3,4 or 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of storage. Under the hood, there’s also a 5000mAh battery with support for 10W charging via the USB-C port.
Screen-wise, it’s a 6.71-inch 90Hz LCD with an HD+ resolution and a tear-drop notch housing the 5MP selfie shooter. The main camera setup is at the back, sporting an 8MP main camera paired with a secondary sensor.
